Hey friends!
Thank you so much for your email! I have some news for my loyal clients and for the many I haven’t had the chance to meet yet. I’ll just get right to it! I have closed Nichole Burnett Photography until further notice. I know! This isn’t probably the news you were hoping for. This decision was one of the hardest decisions I have had to make as I have worked hard for the past 13 years on my craft and it’s never easy to say goodbye. My children are growing like weeds. My son is in high school and time is just flying by. Do you remember the song by Dido, “Just Breathe”?
“And life’s like an hourglass glued to the table
No one can find the rewind button, girl
So cradle your head in your hands
And breathe, just breathe
Oh, breathe, just breathe”
Depressing right?! LOL Well, that is what keeps playing in my head while I watch my children grow. My daughters will soon follow on to high school, and I want to make sure I am not taking these last few years with them as teenagers for granted. When all four children have extracurriculars time management is a necessity. It seems the only thing I can cut at this time is NBP. I don’t know if this is forever. I honestly don’t think that it is, but for now it is the choice I have made.
I appreciate every single person who I’ve had the pleasure of documenting over this past decade. I hope you will stay in touch and maybe someday we will take beautiful pictures again!!
